I was flipping channels last night and came across the whiniest drivel I've ever heard. It was some teenie punk band and they were singing on top of a roof. GOOD LORD!! The guys voice literally made neck tense up and I nearly shrunk into the fetal position. Luckily I changed the channel before my ears started bleeding.

What bands out there just get on your last nerve?

I have to brag about my little incident this weekend. My wife and I were leaving home when we noticed a couple of Boxers running the streets and NOT paying attention to traffic at all. I could tell they weren't supposed to be out.

So I got one of them to come over and let me look at his collar. Sure enough he had a phone number. Called the number but they weren't home. So then I called the number for the Vet that did his Rabies vaccine. They gave me the house number and I went up with the dogs and knocked. Nobody home. So I noticed that the side gate was open and I walked over there and they headed straight in. I locked the gate and gave it a good shake to make sure it didn't come open.

Later I had a message on my phone from the lady thanking me for saving her dogs. She couldn't figure out how they were opening the gate, but she was gonna lock it shut. I'm just glad her dogs didn't get hurt!!

My good vibes to spread to you all!!!

I've gotta get this off my chest. It's going to be 80 today in Seattle and I want nothing to ruin the good mood I SHOULD have right now.

I was recently offered the chance to DJ a drum & bass night at a bar in Vegas. I have a friend who just left the Hard Rock in favor of a residency at a new club called Dais. He's only heard me play once, but he said my mixes were spot on!

So what's the first thing you do when you have exciting news? Tell your friends right!? Or your sigificant other... which is what I did. Of course, she's never supported me in my DJ'ing. My record shopping has dwindled to maybe once a year due to the groaning that i met with (I never spent more than $100 on records). I rarely practice because it takes me "away from her". And I'm still spinning on the same shitty belt-drives I started on 7 years ago. So ultimately, fuck me and the hand I've been dealt.

But do however keep an eye out for me at www.asylumrecordings.com - I'll have downloadable sets and pics of me and my art and what not. It'll be great exposure for me! Which in turn will make my homelife unbearable, i'm sure.

For those that may not know it, you're disgusting if you perform personal hygeine on public transportation. I was listening to someone clip their nails on the bus this morning and I kept waiting for a nail chunk to come flying into my lap or for someone to scream because it hit them in the mouth or face.

I just went to Starbucks and ordered their only GOOD cup of coffee (Aged Sumatra in a French Press). I ordered a Grande instead of my normal tall, because that's a fair amount of work to through for 12 or so ounces.

They gave me a Venti!!

This is an obscene amount of black coffee and I feel like "Crazy Starbucks Freak" walking around the office with it. So I'm now stuck at my desk. Destined not to move until I've finished this seeming 40oz of Starbuckian madness.

How many of you get this day off of work? I really have an issue with the consumerist holiday that is Christmas (it has nothing to do with Jesus, look it up in an encyclopedia). However the man that actually lived and breathed and has existing film footage is given just quick mentions? Especially for civil rights! Help. I've had a couple bars of an 80's electro type song in my head for the last two weeks. I can't think of lyrics and I can't come up with anymore of the song. It's killing me.

I can't even remember if it was a female or male singer. I feel like it was a female singing, but maybe only the chorus. I feel like it's been sampled too.
