I cycle between (2) 2TB drives every three months dedicated to work, music and movies.
Work is archived by year dating back to 2002. A while ago I spent some time and got rid of all the crap (unnecessary files) from way back when to help save space.
I use Dropbox for my most recent stuff.
I also wear a fanny pack which I use to carry an emergency Flash drive, Bacos bacon bits, Crackers and other delicious snacks to help keep my energy levels high while I work.
