Some freelancers — including many I work with, and myself when I do any freelancing — have a day rate structure that says, pretty much:
'x-number of days or less = Day Rate Y'
'z-number of days or more = Day Rate A'So if a project is planned for less than a certain number of business days, they charge a higher rate than if the project was scheduled to run for longer.
Good to keep in mind for any sort of time/cost tracking software.
