  Give educators and people at certain level of maturity and consciousness a reach for psychedelics.
  Basically let smart people to experience a different level of consciousness and hold them in positions responsible for crafting society's mind. After all psychedelics has been used by many cultures not for partying but for the sake of a better social system.
