You've not made any effort to design that for 1280px width, have you? I presume that means it breaks even more on mobile media.
I don't see that the inclusion of personal artworks adds anything.
If you're 'inspiring greatness' in design, you ight want to check how well the letters in your statement is tracked before getting ahead of yourself.
Adding lots of otherpeople's logos to your homepage, inlcuding social networking icons, doesn't legitimise things if you push it too far - by the tie I've got to the beancounter at base, I'm finding it all faintly ridiculous. Less is more.
In fact.. less is more.
Cull the crap, then push your good stuff up front.
