  I met and eventually married my wife from my last F/T gig. But she was in marketing and was ready to move on anyway, so she left the company when we started to get serious. Did miss lunch hours and the elevator ride down once she left... ;)

  I would risk a job for the prospect of a real relationship any day. But if you're just looking to hit it, I would reconsider.
