I have used parallels for six months. It works pretty well. It is nice because you can drag and drop between windows and mac. And copy and paste works as well.
We have recently been changed over to iSpace (Citrix), which runs virtually, from the cloud, instead of installed like parallels. Seems to run much slower, which makes sense. Plus, no drag and drop between mac and iSpace.
