RESPONSE...
The black metal logo was originally printed on a banner that was part of 'Black Metal Machine', an installation we created in 1998 for a group exhibition called 'Supernova':

We later used the logo on a shirt we designed for 2K/Gingham... This was in 1999...The Modular Militant Modernism shirt was created in 2001, for 2K/Gingham as well...
Both shirts have been out-of-print for a long time, sorry...
We are currently in the process of persuading Publik to re-release ALL the shirts we ever created for 2K/Gingham... But so far, they only re-released a couple of shirts:
