  Mostly people, indoor and out - documentary style.. sometimes products. I usually use the 7D for video and have a decent Lowel light kit but want a Flash to snap stills mostly to use with video.

  • bounce flash may do you well, or off-camera if you have time.... direct flash suck except for fill..– vaxorcist
