just do it. give it a couple years. if things don't work (they most likely will though), you can always move back. odds are thing will be the same there forever, but at least you can say that you did it while you were young. moving to a different city expands your opportunities, friends, and life experiences exponentially.
i went from Detroit to LA to NY, thinking about abroad now.
