1. Distributing and/or instigating anti QBN® propaganda
2. Extensive use of profanity and/or offensive language
3. Vulgar display of blatant ignorance
4. Broadcasting repetitive and/or redundant information to the Public
5. Destructive behavior
6. Expressing negative opinions and/or statements regarding any or all of the following; religion, sexual preference, nationality, race, social status
7. Pornography [except in designated porno threads]
8. Anything QBN® deems irrelevantQBN® reserves the right to add to, remove and/or modify any or all of the above.
