This is completely personal preference but i'm going to rant on anyways....
...so why the fuck do people want to preview static web comps in the one format which completely disregards the resolution your of your source files?
You should really just take the extra time create a basic html file with height/width defined <img>'s so that the user can at least get a basic sense of scale and usability.
And yes, i understand the other side of the story, which is your client either requested a PDF or that's just the way you do business. But fuck man, c'mon....
PDF = teh suck for reviewing web work.
