  we lost a job to another company because they had a blog with pics of them all playing basketball together. the client liked that they all "hangout and have fun together". i'd probably start some sort of blog link if i started a company tomorrow with this sort of thing in mind.... mixing fun and professional stuff with behind the scenes.
