So, I took a photograph, greyscaled it. Then drew 45 degree angled lines, tiled them all the way down, and made them a little wavy.
Then I made 3 versions of the wavy lines, each one is thicker than the last.
Then I duplicated the photograph 3 times, and applied a Threshold effect on each one. Then I use these black & white images as layer masks for each of the wavy line layers. All of the wavy line layers are set to Multiply, so they build up the image you see.
I did it super fast so you can obviously spend some more time making the lines look prettier. Also, sharpen it up at the end. :)
