not to be too negative but it seems a ridiculous question.
1: you would make the news / blog section of the site a directory, ie: www.yoursite.com/news
2: you would install wordpress into this directory and then install a theme or better yet a modified theme that matches the rest of your site so as to not jar the audience visually or navigationally.
3: then if you want section of the news section to show on other pages like the homepage you would make the homepage php and call in the requirements from the database (which you obviously created prior to when you installed the news section).
to be frank, it's seems like an incredibly uninformed question that makes you think, "if you don't know these basics there's fuckall we can do to help this guy". again, i'm just stating how the question comes across to me and possibly others (judging by the silence). it may be that the question is just not communicating your needs effectively.
