  yes you should probably think through your decisions a bit more before moving to such a country where as a women you are giving up most of your rights, i don't feel as bad for her as a do for her kids she just completely screwed, and for the women who were born into that religion and have never had a choice.

  marriage, divorce, religion, citizenship all are very serious decisions that many seem to think they can do without thinking much into it.
