  They're worth it, but evaluate the code first to see if they code in the style you want and code cleanly. The last thing you want them to do is code something that works but is a nightmare to maintain.

  I use http://www.shaneriley.com . He's a bit more expensive than the standard ones but I know I get quality from it so it's worth the extra money.
