  if bought with in last 3 years it is still under warranty

  you can do the support ticket online http://support.xbox.com/support/…

  but I had a frustrating time , so I just called the 1800 # and said I have no internet , cause they will want to send you online

  if you are under warranty by sending it in you get a 1 year warranty on the work

  mine has gotten RROD 3 times already , never paid a dime to get it fixed

  • not so easy to just get a PS3 with over 30 games for xbox– BattleAxe1/2

    you can trade them in and get the ps3 for free– scarabin2/2
