  i work with a hack who steals ideas and presents them as his own--blatantly. (his own work is sub mediocre so I guess his options to stay employed aren't too broad) Everyone thinks it's pretty douch-baggy of him—except the director, who is too busy to notice. I'd say they both qualify for this title.
