  Ask him how he wants to use it - does he just want a screen shot to show what the site looks like?
  Or does he want his brochure to look like the site?

  If the first, then I would just take a screen shot and send it, no charge.

  If not, explain to him and charge him what it would take to design a brochure (not much, I'd guess, given the simplicity of the site - you'd just be moving stuff around).

  Either way, it doesn't look like it'd take long.
