My Morning Jacket's new LP adds colors to the band's array. At its high points, Evil Urges presents a more human appeal than their previous "Z." But it can be accepted by traditional fans as being, "Highly Suspicious." The real jewel on the album is track no. 6, Sec Walkin. A real experience.
