Actually, I've been in talks with my cousin over the years about setting up like accounts in banks with all of our pertinent information so when one of us dies the other can you know ... take care of things or what have you, haha.
Kind of morbid I guess, but it's better to plan ahead.
I mean like we share that informatoin now verbally, but that's like remembering two sets of passwords for ... well two sets of people.
Though the chances of us both dying in the same event are pretty high too. I really don't trust anyone else with that information though. So if I go, and he goes, I'm okay with a lot of information going with me.

1Password is great... just one password to remember, fills idenitites and credit card forms (with multiple identities), integrates with browsers, syncs to iPhone and to online service:

I use a 256-bit AES .txt file in a folder that is 5 levels down, which is stored in a 2GB flash drive capable of withstanding a nuclear strike which is hidden deep inside a photography book which is encased in a redwood jacket which is encased in a lead case which is encased in a Pelican hard case which is stored high and deep in the swiss alps near CERN.

i use my brain. seriously. learn to choose usernames and passwords that are meaningful and strong that you can actually remember. i used to pound this into everyones head over and over at my last IT gig and no one would take me seriously, they'd do stupid shit like write it on a postit and put it on their monitor. i managed to guess (or just read) 20 of the 25 employees email passwords, so i changed them all and locked them out to teach them a lesson. i let them sweat it out for a bit and played dumb.
