  I'll give you one in reverse (sorry) -

  In the UK, both Pepto Bismol and Hydrocortisone cream are both "behind the counter". The pharmacists actually need to ask you questions and confirm if you're allergic to aspirin, etc... before they give it to you.

  Both are sold like crazy in any Walgreens, Wal-Mart, CVS, etc... in the US.
