  In a world just coming to grips with the "green" reality, is a building that sucks up energy really what we need?

    Really? I can't imagine that thing NOT using energy to make it move. i mean it may be wind powered for all I know. but will the machines that construct it be wind powered as well? lol– D_Dot2/2
