  theirs one house in America in which the owner was real rich and went crazy. They then proceeded to keep adding rooms n such. Some of the rooms go to no where etc. etc.
  Sorry I can't tell you exactly, but that's the most legitimately scary house ive ever heard of.

  My favourite ghost movie is the original 1973 'Legend of Hell House'. The exterior shots in the movie are of an abandoned Stately home right here in Sussex. Wykehurst Park House...

  

  I am also working on a ten book series of Horror stories and shot the hosue at Nyman's Gardens Sussex for haunted house material... its very creepy looking but I can't be arsed to upload the pics to my server just to put them here.
