Hello guys, quick question, does anyone know where I can find a good tutorial or reference to create HTML emails? I need to create them in PS and transfer them to HTML in order to blast them. Any help with links will be greatly appreciated and if someone if feeling nice and wants to give me some quick directions, even better! Thanks.

what is the graphic:text ratio? As in is it just going to be one big sliced up image or like a header image with some text below it?
If you have multiple "sections" I would recommend using multiple tables instead of one giant table with a crapload of rows/columns.

so, if I follow bullet's advice, and create it PS, then bring it to Dreamweaver, can I still add editable or copy-able text to the email, like I would do for any other site? Links, etc?
Also, once this is done, are there any required and elemental regulations I need to follow and have in mind? I know I can read about them, but I don't know if I should go crazy with all of them, what do ya'll do?
