I prefer using Fireworks for screen layouts. The frames feature allows you to layout multiple pages in a single document and the symbol feature is very useful. I also think its cool that you can create a symbol (like a repeating header or icon), and if you change the symbol it populates across all of your page layouts. I still use Phototshop for more complex photography image manipulation
