but the problem is that the "informal act", had to be funny/nice and no unpolite.
For example yesterday I thought the idea of one guy on casual wear and wearing a fluor hat, eating popcorn at the opera, or in a job interview, the aspirant put his feet above the desk like a boss while the real boss or interviewed look at him surprised.The problem of those two examples is that maybe these situations are a bit unpolite and are a bad example for the population....
so... what are you think? any original idea? U_u....

'Change the formality' seems an unusual use of English, I think? (Not sure I'd ever use 'formality' actually...)
Not sure if you are trying to say 'challenge' formality, or change to a new type of formality, or what exactly... Do you have more clues from the client?
