Apple Keyboard on Win 1111 Responses

OK, time for yet another keyboard in my life - and I must say that new ultra-thin Apple Keyboard is something close to perfection.
So - can I use it on my WinXP box and maintain all the functionality of my current keyboard - particularly the Windows key (presumably remapped to whatever the Apple key is these days)? Having a gander around the 'net, it looks like you certainly can plug older versions in to work, but they don't say anything about the Windows Start key?
Has anyone here got any experience in this department?
Actually - is the keyboard any good? It sure looks pretty.

heh.. look.. I know you're kidding, but please don't fill this thread with pointless fanboyism - I'm not sectarian in this field and besides - I'm trying to cross the divide by mixing the two up.
Or.. perhaps make some bastard offspring.
That - and this whole 'PCs crashing is a load of tosh - I genuinely can't remember the last blue screen I ha*CONNECTION REFUSED*

I use a KVM switch with a dual screen for my Mac + PC and use my Apple keyboard for both with no problems. (though it did take a while to find the number lock key)

AutoHotKey is a good key-remapper for Windows
http://www.autohotkey.com/(I'm using in Parallels to remap the things that Parallels doesn't)

My keyboard and can of bear had a fight last weekend, can of bear did the job, did well, fucked that keyboard up good proper. I know got the new apple aluminium key board, the beer does not like the situation.
