  I need to make a blogger page, to look like its part of a site I build.

  I know nothing of CSS or code, I only use dreamweaver and I'm not great like that even.

  I'm almost there, anyone care to help?
  maybe I can compensate through paypal?

  yeah I would like to keep it private if possible,
  Basically I have to add an SWF as a header.
  2 white vertical borders on the sides of the page.
  and the site's footer.

  it shouldn't be hard for someone that knows css,
  I could do it in tables, but blogger has this new system than allows you to add widgets (polls, galleries, etc) if you use CSS. and I think my client could use them in the future.
