I was wondernig if there were any programs that did batch galleries in XML format in the simplest terms maybe.

Well mainly my issue is data management.
But I was lookin for more of a no-nonsense approach to generating the code. Thanks for the link though I have to use this http://gallery.menalto.com/
because its the simplest i just dont wanna theme this shit over just to pull the images into whatever.

I use SimpleViewer, and it might be what you're looking for? After it's set up, you simply upload all your images, run the PHP file, and presto, all you need to do is add some titles and such.
If you need help let me know. I've used the free version for a while and figured out some tweaks with it. Also, since your question is about resizing photos automatically, it will do that by what size you set the display to.
