When people talk about fonts and serifs, Bodoni is almost mentioned as the nonplusultra when it comes to perfect layout and text-settings.
What`s so special about this typeface and
why is it so hard to set a text in Bodoni?I srsly don't get it..........................grrr…

Because it was a landmark European in printmaking, and was considered the first "modern" typeface (hence the "Industrial" and "Modern n.20" versions that loosely go around).
