I know first hand about the industry + criticizing is one thing, changing it is another. Try convincing a boardroom of 45-55 year old senior Marketing VP's with little diversity that YOU are the answer...ain't easy Llyod... (sic)
ps_ I don't work for them... and I don't disagree w. yr remarks either. I usually think most stuff sucks too.
