  I get you, mrd., and I guess that's exactly it--maybe my approach is too watered down. Not just for the boy, but for me, too. It's like an even of small talk. Who the hell wants that?

  Also, I'm thinking this was too heavy a discussion topic for 4:45PM EST on a Friday.
