Tea should be brewed solo with hottest water, 'til it's done - THEN put your milk or sugar in. Use real, whole fat milk - if you don't like it too white (like me) only use a bit. Skimmed milk is essentially diluted whole milk - so why would you want to put cold water in your tea?
I like the idea though, Stugoo - I completely disagree with your methodology, but hey - I'm a bit of a tea fascist.
My one recommendation would be to try and fit all that on three screens, with the minium of text. At the moment it's an interesting side diversion - you want to make it so people will actually use it.
Let it be known that I would be happy to collaborate with you, or anyone else, on projects that increase awareness of British tea philosophy.
Oh yes, that's another thing - please be careful when referring to 'England' and 'Britain' - Scotland helped build The Empire, and all the Scots in my family take their tea very seriously.
