  There is a window in MX called hmm.. I cant remember now.. but you drag and drop to your canvas, after importing your quicktime, so now you will have a stop, play, pause, etc bar on the bottom.
  Is actually really easy but at the end kind of heavy. Try using Sorenson squeeze to import the quitime, its amazing!
