- yes, i design/ spec, the factory develops the samples. we have our own sample room.e-pill
- its not a sweatshop, the factory workers actually get a lot of breaks and long ones at that.e-pill
- they start 8am -9pm. from 11:30am-2pm is their lunch from 5:30pm-7pm is their dinnere-pill
- the sample room will develop anything i can think of.. it usually takes 2 days to make-e-pill
- -one sample complete. sometimes it takes 3 days per backpack.e-pill
- my sample room has 12 pattern makers, 15 cutters, and 50 developers.. so we can make-e-pill
- on average with no changes opening price and 2nd price point we can make 10 in 3 dayse-pill
- if the bags are mid level to upper price, it will take longer, on average 5 bags in 3 dayse-pill
- i average from concept to final spec 2 per day with each spec having 10-15 pages of info.e-pill
- this includes, colour blocking, choosing fabric, creating hardware, orthogonal views,e-pill
- detail pages, interior pages, breakdown of construction and paper pattern on 1-1 scale.e-pill
