  I've had serious burnouts twice in my career - the first time I just took the friday and monday off and pissed off the the south coast of france for some surfing...the second time I was ordered home by the CD after he caught me staring blankly at my screen for 3 hours hardly moving, and told to come back when I was ok (but not to take the piss)

  so that was ok really.....everyone deals with it in different ways - but I would suggest getting away for a bit
