‘Right Here, Right Now’ Exposures from the public realm
Artists working with or about photography and related media are invited to submit proposals for exhibitions or events, including new or existing works for exhibition or presentation as part of the EXPOSURE section of the festival. These opportunities are open to any artist/photographer based in the UK or Internationally.The EXPOSURE exhibitions for FORMAT11 will be held in 30 venues throughout Derby city centre. Selected artists will be included in the FORMAT11 brochure, website, catalogue and be profiled as part of the festival.
All applications must relate to the festival theme: ‘Right Here, Right Now’ Exposures from the public realm. The theme is deliberately broad allowing practitioners to respond in a number of ways from purely conceptual works through to social documentary and street photography.
