Hi people - although I am not a web designer I thought changing background images in wordpress would be easy and painless but for some reason the background image that I want to display does not show at all. This is the CSS code I use for this:

background-color: #ffffff
background-image: url(images/bg_dots.gif);
background-repeat: repeat;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
color: #000000;
font-family: Georgia,Baskerville,Palatino,Tim...
font-size: 10px;
