Working on a logo for a tween label. - Miss G

Creating some custom shapes to make the letters, not too happy with the "G", but don't mind the rest of it.

The lower section is just me fucking around with shapes based on sketches I'd done. Been cutting out paper for the last hour and stuck feeling like a preschooler.

Thought I'd post the WIP here for some thoughts. I really want the yellow, black white, palate. Something simple, blocky, trendy, appealing to younger girls that sms the shit out of each other.

I think I need to start outsourcing this.
It'll give me more time to spend on other items.

Idealy I'm looking for web developer on a contract basis. A specialist in front end markup, you should be able to take a design and turn it into 100% hand coded, valid, semantic xhtml markup & css - ready for interaction.

Pages should work accross all major browsers, code should be intuitive, making it very easy for backend developers to complete the site.

Any reccomendations?

RAW Files for all illustrator work?
Are you over protective or don't give a shit?
Do you use contracts that secure your IP?
