Vlieger & Vandam

[<][>]

"Guardian Angel" was the first in a series of striking bags. It makes a strong statement about growing rates of crime and violence. Each of the bags appears to contain a gun or a knife. The idea grew out of the increasing number of stories in the news that focused on lawlessness and antisocial behavior. As a response, Vlieger & Vandam wanted to give people the impression of feeling secure.

    that's a bit 2004-2005 isnt it?

its kinda like those tshirts that look like youve got a gun tucked into your belt.

a few years ago i did designs for tote bags that looked like they had guns and grenades etc in them.

It seems to me like a rip of Ted Noten's super bitch bag from a few years ago.
