Adapter Help!

So i have a PC laptop that i need to hook up to an Apple Cinema Display. The plugs are very different. What do i need to make this happen?

depends on the model, some are DVI-D, the old ones are ADC, the new ones are mini display port.

You need an adaptor.
See if your laptop has DisplayPort. Most likely the PC doesn't have Mini DisplayPort, so you'll need a DisplayPort to MiniDisplayPort adaptor. Or if you have DVI, then you'll need a DVI to MiniDisplayPort adaptor. I'm connecting two ACD's to a MBP using a Matrox DisplayPort GXM and two DisplayPort to MiniDisplayPort adaptors. It works great.
