I cut out all breads, pasta, potatoes and shit snacks.
I Stick to fruits, veggies and meat. Add brown rice to that sometimes. Mixed Nuts and protein bars for a snack. Also no carbonated soft drinks. Coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day.
