I'm in the position of authoring a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) document.
Do any of you have any links to best practices or formats for such a document? Any examples of where either has been done well?
I know this isn't typically a designer role, but in this case I'm a designer who's running the show (so to speak) and have to author all the procedures for the staff to follow.

I would use the help of an ai to generate the structure, chapters, needs, content...
then run it multiple times to make it clear and structured.and as a designer, i would throw in compact cheat sheets as a concise reference tool containing the key information for each task.
Like short protocols or checklists to follow.
Those should fit on 1 mobil screen for easy access and reference.- hate to say it, but this is right in an LLM's wheelhousemxhxr
