Happy pre Thanksgiving...
As most of us are this side of 50 I was interested to know where your heads are at with the role of 'Creative Director' in 2025?
I feel like most job posts essentially want you to know everything under the sun and its just not realistic.
Expertise is Brand Identity/Digital/Print/UX/UI/Vid... The list goes on... Dont even get me started on 10 years of TikTok experience!!!
Just wondering where your heads are at and how you have navigated these waters particularly when you have been applying for new roles...
Being an OG NTer, I believe the majority of us came from traditional design and web shops. I feel for the most part - no one wants the skills we developed our trade on...
Any thoughts/insights would be really appreciated...
