I've come to the realization that I don't work out and should.

I walk an average of 5,000 steps a day, which isn't terrible but that's not that much.

Should I join a gym? Buy a treadmill? Buy weights?

I am not a fitness guy at all but was in same boat recently at my ripe age, I have 25lb dumbells I use almost daily now and pretty much do as much of this routine by this guy as I can... my arms are tighter, bigger, definition happening etc within a month.

Just put something cool on tv, zone out, pick up dumbells and go as long as possible.

Also could get a single kettle bell to do tosses and movements like this guy.

Then I also joined local community center fitness gym center because they have great treadmills, do a small incline easy walk pace for 30 mins... then do dumbells after per above routine - all in like an hour tops a gym visit. Try to go every 3-4 days to have heal period, I haven’t been for a week now so that ain’t good. Then use heavier dumbells every so often to push muscles harder.

Weight to drop? Start fasting, get down to one big meal a day ie: dinner that’s major lean protein like chicken, steak, and a lot of vegetables, some carbs like potatoes. Eat only protein/veg/eggs for smaller meals if needed. Like 18 hours no food really. Zero garbage food, sugar or anything like diet pop that will trigger insulin response and break the fast.

Drink tonnnnnnes of water. Weight will drop fast - I’ve lost 35 lbs in a couple months.

    • The 1 big meal thing really depends on your metabolism type, I eat roughly 6YakuZoku

tbh, i think the only honest route for you is a long and suffering suicide.

    • I don't know if Radon-Inhalation's a thing where you are, but if it's not, try and start a club, maybe?Nairn
