Digital Ocean + Serverpilot.
Get a Digital Ocean droplet in the TO datacentre. The one I use is $24US/month, but get what you need. It's easy to start small and bump up as your needs increase.
Serverpilot is going to run the thing for you and provide your control panel. The basic plan is enough, $5US/month plus $0.50/site. If you're feeling spendy you can go with the business plan that gives you some pretty nice reporting and metrics on the performance.
This setup doesn't provide email though. I've just started looking at MXRoute for client email. It looks promising but I haven't tried it yet.

You need to host it on shrooms. Fungal networks are the future.

- @noneck, I'm having issue pointing my DNS to ServerPilot. Does it need to go through Digital Ocean (and added their) OR can I point directly to ServerPilot?ideaist
