Client Passwords

Right now we have an intranet that we store our client passwords in. It worked great when we were all in the office, but a pain now that most of us are working remote. It requires a VPN and that IT has to set up.
I need some alternatives. Where does the company that you work for store their client passwords?
My only thought was NordPass or something similar, but wanted to see other suggestions.

Were using 1pass which is pretty decent as it allows you to setup groups and buckets depending on who needs access. Not sure how many accounts you need with individual access. For more universal stuff like social media accounts, etc , weve dumped it all in a single "community manager" account and then just give that password to whoever is managing community stuff, vs having individual things assigned to multiple identical human accounts.

I used Keeper for sometime thinking I was going to need the collaborative functionality: https://www.keepersecurity.com/.
BUT realizing I am still more of a lone wolf, I opted to use Apple Passwords which still seems to be a work in progress: https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/pa… especially with 3rd party integration (IE Chrome).
Godspeed!
