Anyone have a good Evernote replacement?
Year after year they fuck up my renewal which leads to not having access for sometimes up to a week before they sort their shit out. Customer service is nonexistent in that organization. I'm done.

Notion (https://www.notion.so) is pretty good but you have to pay and are locked into their garden for the most part. who knows what they do with your data...
Obsidian (https://obsidian.md/) is pretty great. Uses markdown so your files can move around pretty easy. Lots of great plugins and good community. Need to pay for syncing through them, but there are other ways.
Anytype (https://anytype.io/) is newer to the game, and has a pretty interesting workflow, a bit harder to get started at first though. It is open source and can be self hosted, which is nice.
Affine (https://affine.pro/) is somewhat new to the team, but has a very cool feature of switching between text files and virtual whiteboards. Also open source and can be self hosted.
Kind of depends on what features you're looking for, designers tend to like Notion, Anytype, or Affine. Developers like Obsidian more often.
- I had Anytype since beta
It's kinda decentralized Notiongrafician - ^ you can get templates like Notion for it here:

For desktop, try Typora with .md files

I went through many note-taking apps, but eventually, I ended up using Dynalist.

I'm using Joplin.
Not so many features but you can sync different platforms and also in Nextcloud.

For mostly text + images, I moved from Evernote -> Notes.app -> https://bear.app. It's such a good experience.
